The training process takes a minimum of 3 years for graduates and 4 years for school leavers. We give all of our trainees the required study days off work and will fully fund all courses and exams, including travel. All working day requirements for the qualification will comfortably be met.
Graduate programme
Graduates will dive straight in to the ACA qualification which is expected to be completed as follows:
- Certificate level: 6 exams to be completed in approximately 6-9 months.
- Professional level: 6 exams with two being taken every 6 months.
- Advanced level: 2 technical papers and a case study taken over two 6 month periods.
School leaver programme
To help with the transition from school we put all trainees through their level 4 AAT qualification before the ACA programme above. This consists of 6 exams which are to be completed over a 15 month period. This will give the school leaver a strong foundation knowledge to help them complete their ACA qualification as well as 5 exemptions from the certificate level exams.
