Our Audit, Accounts and Outsourcing (A&O) and Tax teams are looking for talented School-leavers to join our 4-year Apprenticeship Training programme which we run in each of our three regions: Kent, Sussex and London.
Dependent on which team you join, you will study for a professional qualification:
Tax – ATT and CTA
Our 2024 School Leaver Training Programme is due to start at the end of August 2024, however earlier start dates are possible depending on the department/location.

Our training programme
You will need to be prepared to study in your own time as well to make sure that you get the most from your studies and achieve exam success.
Alongside your studies, you will learn ‘on the job’ and get to apply your new skills in practice by working alongside colleagues, getting involved with our clients right from the beginning of your career with us.
We’ll support you throughout your training with regular reviews and feedback, as well as offering professional and financial support along the way – so you enjoy a challenging and rewarding career with us and achieve your full potential!
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for school-leaver candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Good A levels, or equivalent (A*– C)
- GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent, grade 5– 9 (grade C and above)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and passionate
- Excellent work ethic, driven and highly motivated
- Effective time and task management skills

- £21,500 starting salary for roles based in our Kent and Sussex offices
- £22,500 starting salary for roles based in our London office
