About out apprenticeship programme;

This program presents a remarkable opportunity to acquire invaluable hands-on experience within a professional practice environment, immersing yourself in the day-to-day operations of a leading accountancy firm serving a diverse clientele.

Your professional training will be conducted in collaboration with a prominent training provider, involving block release periods for attending courses with exams spread over the three-year duration. It’s essential to be ready to dedicate personal study time to ensure optimal comprehension of the material and success in the exams.

In addition to your formal studies, you’ll learn through practical experience, applying your newly acquired skills by working alongside colleagues and engaging with clients right from the inception of your career with us.

Throughout your training, we provide continuous support through regular reviews and feedback, coupled with professional and financial assistance, ensuring a fulfilling and challenging career path that enables you to realise your full potential.

Audit – ACA

Accounts and Outsourcing – ACA

Tax – ATT and CTA

Our 2025 Graduate Training Programme is due to start at the end of August 2025, however earlier start dates are possible depending on the department/location.

Our training programme

As an apprentice, your initial focus will be on understanding the inner workings of our organisation and your team, immersing yourself in the dynamics of one of the foremost accountancy practices. Along this journey, you’ll acquire new skills. As you advance through the program and make progress in your chosen qualification, opportunities will arise for you to participate in exciting projects and broaden your experience through engagement with our diverse client base.

Depending on the department you join, you’ll have the chance to collaborate with clients spanning various sectors such as education, charities/not-for-profit, manufacturing, technology, and more. This exposure will open doors to further enhance your skills. Immerse yourself in a realm of varied opportunities that will act as the driving force behind your professional advancement!

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for graduates who meet the following criteria:

  • 2:1 degree minimum (obtained or predicted) – any discipline considered, however preference will be given to those with a relevant degree
  • Good A levels, or equivalent (A*– C)
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) grade 5– 9 (grade C and above)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and passionate
  • Excellent work ethic, driven and highly motivated
  • Effective time and task management skills
