What you’d do
Our Business Recovery Services practice is one of the UK’s largest. Work here to advise under-performing companies on restructuring, refinancing, Mergers & Acquisitions
and insolvency scenarios – all to find the best way forward for the business and its stakeholders
In Corporate Finance Infrastructure & Government you’ll work on global transactions, financing and policy at the public and private interface. Whether raising funding for infrastructure projects or finding private sector partners for public sector clients, you’ll be part of an award-winning team delivering advice across sectors.
In the fast-paced world of Corporate Finance Mergers & Acquisitions, you’ll provide widespread transactional advice to clients spanning sectors, ranging from corporates, to private equity houses, to asset management teams. This experience will see you rapidly develop strong negotiating, relationship building and strategic thinking skills.
In Forensic Services you’ll work on investigations, disputes and claims involving everything from money laundering and regulatory compliance to corruption, fraud and economic crime. You’ll work with a wide variety of clients facing crises, as well as those looking to prevent issues arising.
In Forensic Technology Solutions you’ll sift data to solve complex business disputes and help clients through crisis events with front-page impact. Your role could see you analysing the smartphone of an executive suspected of intellectual property theft or searching for evidence of fraud and abuse within a company’s finance system. Our diverse and growing international client base offers valuable global experience.
In Valuations your expert advice helps our clients make key strategic decisions on
business deals, restructuring, disputes, tax regulation and financial reporting. Analysing financial, economic, regulatory and strategic factors will give you superb sector knowledge
and technical valuation skills.
In Transaction Services you’ll support private equity firms, investment funds and corporate clients undertaking Mergers, Acquisitions and disposals. Advising throughout the life of the deal, you’ll see both buy- and sell-side work, develop specialist sector understanding and build key skills in financial due diligence.

What you need to bring us
• A 2:1 or above in any degree discipline*
• A UCAS tariff of at least 300 (or equivalent)*
*For Forensic Technology Solutions you’ll need at least 280 UCAS tariff (or equivalent) and an IT related degree or relevant experience. And for Corporate Finance Infrastructure & Government you’ll need at least 320 UCAS tariff (or equivalent).
