PwC has been ranked highest out of the accountancy companies featured in The Sunday Times 25 Best Big Companies to Work For.
The annual list was produced upon extensive research into employee engagement within 896 of the biggest businesses in the UK.
The ‘Big Four’ professional services company did not manage to replicate its top ten success from last year, taking the eleventh spot.
EY were the second-highest ranked company that provides accountancy services, debuting on the list at fourteenth.
Responding to the accomplishment, Ernst & Young’s UK chairman and UK & Ireland managing partner, Steve Varley, said: ‘Our people and culture are at the heart of our business, so being a best place to work is critical if we are to attract, develop and inspire the best talent.’
