RSM Tenon have leapt from 20th to 2nd place in Experior Corpfin’s advisor league tables based on volume.
In the tables, UK-based companies are listed on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) deals in the last 12 months ending 25 September. Despite having posted a £100m operating loss this year, Tenon advised on 58 M&As in the past year.
Grant Thornton took the top spot with 82, whilst PwC rose from 10th to 8th place. Mid-tier firm Baker Tilly also entered the rankings for the first time this year, with a total of 25 deals.
RSM Tenon national head of corporate finance Peter Vandervelde commented: ‘We are now clearly recognised as one of the front runners in the mid-market corporate finance space.’
